Perfect Walker 90 Day Return Policy

We’re sorry if the Perfect Walker did not work for you as you’d hoped. We try our best to offer our customers the most hassle free return process possible. We will be happy to arrange for UPS to pick up your Perfect Walker for return. UPS will make up the three attempts to pick up your Perfect Walker for return. Upon receipt, we will refund the actual purchase price of your Perfect Walker, which does not include the original shipping cost, less the cost of return shipping and 10% restocking fee. Please read this entire Return Policy before submitting your request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. An RMA number is required for all returns.

We encourage you to use your New Perfect Walker frequently – getting acquainted with this new, safer, and healthier way of walking before making a decision.

  • Please take up to 90 Days from delivery to request an RMA number.
  • There is a 10% restocking fee.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • All products must be in “Like New” condition.
  • Save the box. Perfect Walkers must be in the original carton (please see “Returns must be in like new condition” below for more details.
  • We will arrange for UPS pickup of Perfect Walkers.

All returned products require an RMA

A RMA is a Return Merchandise Authorization number. To obtain an RMA number, you must call our customer service department at 800-958-8324 within 90 days of delivery. Returns not accompanied by an RMA number may, at our option, not be accepted.

Canceled orders

Orders canceled after the item has shipped are subject to all of the terms defined in this return policy. Please contact us to receive an RMA number before sending back your Perfect Walker.

Credits

After receiving your return, we will issue your credit back to your original method of payment, less the cost of return shipping, if arranged by us, and 10% restocking fee. Returns are typically processed within three business days of receipt of your item(s). If you paid by money order, we will issue a credit via a mailed check within seven business days.

If your item is defective, please call Customer Service at 800-958-8324 between 9AM – 6PM ET, Monday – Friday or email us at CS@journeyhl.com. We will arrange for the item to be repaired or replaced promptly.

Returning a Perfect Walker

Upon sending your RMA, we will arrange for UPS pickup of Perfect Walkers. Returns must be ready for pickup the morning of the third (3rd) business day after the day your RMA number was sent to the email you provided. UPS will provide you the address labels when making the pick up. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. You will be charged the actual amount of the UPS charges, deducted from your refund.

Perfect Walkers must be packed in their original cartons with all foam inserts in place.
